Add Fields of Data to the Company Records in Your Database

The more information you hold on companies, the more you can give to your customers. If you have a field that your competitors lack, your sales people are going to thank your for it.

aiHit is able to provide additional information on companies on a field by field basis. We are currently providing 30+ fields to our customers. You can specify the fields that you want and the frequency with which you want them updated. Delivery is typically via CSV file that you can easily upload into your system. The fields are:

• Publicly listed yes/no
• Stock exchange ticker symbol
• Industry classification (aiHit internal; mappable to NAICS, SIC, GICS, and ICB)

• Products, services & solutions (name, description)
• Executives & Directors (names, titles, biographies)
• Customers (name, description)
• Partners (name, description)
• Named Investors (name, description)
• Associated Private Equity Investors (name, description)
• Company HQ (company name, street, city, state, ZIP code, country, telephone, fax, email address)
• Address contacts (company name, office description, street, city, state, ZIP code, country, telephone, fax, email address)
• Functional contacts (company name, function description, telephone, fax, email address)
• Person contacts (company name, contact name, contact title, telephone, email address)
• various other and bespoke fields on request

We are currently supplying several leading business information providers with additional fields of data that are subsequently integrated in their products. For example, we are supplying company URLs, general company email addresses, activity descriptions, and many other fields to a variety of customers.

In all cases, our customers are providing us with the company records to be appended, and we supply them with a CSV file that contains the original company IDs as well as the desired fields. The CSV file and subsequent updates are uploaded to an FTP server, making it easy to integrate company data into existing products.

Our typical accuracy for quantifiable fields is 90%-99% precision and 75%-90% recall, with some variations from field to field.
