aiHit has developed technology that allows us to carry out n-view object level sentiment analysis at high speed. What this means in plain English is that you can give us a news article, and we will return to you a marked up news article, that tells you the sentiment expressed in the document from the perspective of each individual entity mentioned in the document. Here is an example. Let's suppose you had the sentence: "Apple's new revision of the iPhone's operating system puts it in a strong position compared to Palm, Microsoft, and Google." This fictional sentence contains positive sentiment for Apple as well as the new revision of the iPhone's operating system, and it contains negative sentiment for Palm, Microsoft, and Google. The marked up document would contain all these sentiments.
What this means is that we don't just tell you that a sentence or an article is 'positive' or 'negative' We tell you which entity is considered positive, negative, or neutral every single time when that entity is mentioned anywhere in the article. We take into account all points of view, not just one. This is why it is called n-view object level sentiment analysis.
